Reiki enhances the body's natural ability to heal and promotes well being. It addresses mental, emotional and physical imbalances.
Reiki balances the chakras leading to harmony between mind, body and spirit.
Reiki is administered by a practitioner, who serves to channel the "Universal Life Force Energy" to the client.
Reiki is a non evasive therapy and whether suffering from stress or tension or simply wanting to encourage positive personal change in your life Reiki can benefit everyone. It can also promote a stronger connection to your own inner wisdom.

Growing up within a family of Intuitives, I would be in awe sitting around listening to their readings and stories, while being Intuitive myself and not realising my path ahead.
Throughout my teenage life and early adulthood I had a knowing but not an understanding of the feelings, senses and visions I was having.
It wasn't until I had my children and went for an "energy healing" session that I was reacquainted with my spiritual side and ready to accept the understanding of my path.
That is when Reiki came into my life and I finally felt like I was home.
My Reiki journey has been amazing, from which I am now a Reiki Master and Practitioner.
Reiki has truly given me a sense of direction, balance and calmness in my life.
What Should I expect from My Reiki Session?
You will lay down on a massage bed under a light blanket. You will be fully clothed except for your shoes, belt and jewellery. Once relaxed the practitioner then connects with the "Universal Life Force Energy" that then channels through her hands to you. With the practitioners light touch you will then experience the energy flow.
Am I fully clothed for a Reiki Session?
You will be fully clothed except for your shoes, belt and jewellery. It is best to choose loose fitted clothes to wear on the day of your appointment. Natural fabrics are best (cotton, linen, wool).
What are the benefits of Reiki?
Reiki helps with;
Stress, Anxiety, Insomnia, Depression, Migraines, Arthritis,
Chakra Balancing, Recovery from Hospital treatments,
Tiredness, Muscle and Joint Pain, Unwanted Habits,
An all round grounded feeling.
Is Reiki a Religion?
Reiki is not a religion in any way. You just need to be open minded enough to experience the treatment.
However Reiki's principals are spiritual in nature and do encourage spiritual empowerment and growth.
What are Chakras?
Traditionally there are seven chakras and these are the energy centres of the etheric body. Each chakra has an individual colour and meaning. When they are balanced the energy flows evenly throughout the body.
